At Peruvian Chicama, the fact that you can see us, talk to us, and know where your money goes matters. Everything is made fresh in-house because authentic Peruvian food doesn't come from shortcuts... our lomo saltado, our ceviche, our chupe de camarones all reflect the way these dishes are meant to be prepared. We've been a fixture on Cerritos Avenue in Stanton for years, and every dish that leaves our kitchen carries the flavors and traditions of real Peruvian cooking. As Taylor shared, "Best Peruvian food in Orange County! This coming from someone that partially grew up in Peru." People drive from across Southern California to eat here, and longtime regulars who've been coming since the late 90s tell us the food is still the real deal. Our owner personally greets every table because this is personal to us... it's not just a restaurant, it's a reflection of the culture and the care we put into every plate. We show up every day because this is more than a job... it's our community. We're grateful to serve the Stanton community and proud to bring a taste of Peru to our neighbors.
